PM: Main health insurer to send info to unvaccinated seniors

The main Czech public health insurer, VZP, plans to send information packs to over 65s who are not yet vaccinated against Covid-19, Prime Minister Andrej Babiš told reporters after a meeting of the Government Council on Health Risks. There are around 330,000 unvaccinated seniors in the country, the PM said.

The minister of health, Adam Vojtěch, said unvaccinated residents and staff at care homes would continue to receive free Covid testing.
