PM Fiala: Municipal election result proof that ruling coalition is viable

Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala of the Civic Democrats welcomed the election outcome, saying that it was proof that cooperation between the five parties in the ruling coalition is viable and should continue. He thanked voters for coming to the polls adding that if these elections had been a referendum on the government’s performance at a difficult time then it had clearly passed the test.
