Pavel to welcome young football players who faced racist insults on train

President Petr Pavel and his wife Eva will meet with young football players who were subjected to racist abuse by fans on a train to a match in November. Police are investigating the case on suspicion of a criminal offence related to defamation of a nation, race, ethnic or other group. The presidential couple will also receive women released from prison who have successfully reintegrated into society, selected children who sent drawings or letters to the presidential couple and volunteers from the DobroCentrum of St. Anne’s University Hospital in Brno.
