Remember the Danish candidate who ran for elections just for the fun of it and won a seat in Parliament by promising voters better weather? A group of disgruntled Czechs are now doing something similar. The Balbin Poetic Party says its only aim is to put a smile on people's faces - and maybe , wipe it off some politicians'.
