Paralympic swimmer Arnošt Petráček wins silver in Tokyo
Swimmer Arnošt Petráček has won a silver medal in the 50-meter race in the Paralympic Games in Tokyo. The Czech team has picked up eight medals in Japan so far, taking two gold, three silver and three bronze medals. Arnošt Petráček specializes in backstroke swimming and won gold in the S4 50m backstroke at the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. He has three silver medals in world events and two European titles. He received the 2016 Para Athlete of the by Year award from the Czech Paralympic Committee.
