Open Doors Day at Prague Castle on Saturday
Prague Castle opened its doors to the public on Saturday morning, enabling visitors to tour historic halls where important state, protocol and social events take place, free of charge. The visitor circuit includes the Throne Room, the Habsburg Salon and the Mirror Salon. In addition to the representative areas, people can visit the permanent exhibitions in the Prague Castle compound, St. Vitus Cathedral, Golden Lane, the Old Royal Palace, St. George's Basilica and the Prague Castle Gardens. The tours include some areas and spaces otherwise inaccessible to the public. Open Doors Day at Prague Castle begins at 9 am and lasts until 5.30 pm.
