Olympics: Snowboarder Pančochová fails to directly qualify for slopestyle finals

Czech snowboarder Šárka Pančochová finished fifth in slope style qualification at the Sochi Winter Olympics on Thursday, failing to qualify directly for the event’s finals. Instead, the 23-year-old Czech athlete will have to compete in the semi-finals on Saturday to book a place in the finals.
