Forty-one in hospital after school meal made with expired eggs

Forty-one people are in hospital and salmonella has been confirmed in 18 cases after eggs past their use-by date for a week were used to prepare food at a school canteen in Prague. Some 250 adults and children were made ill after a spaghetti dish at the school in Újezd nad Lesy.
