Skyscraper with David Černý “shipwreck” design gets planning permission
A 126-metre high skyscraper with a design by Czech sculptor David Černý bringing to mind the wreck of a ship has received planning permission, a local official in Prague 13 said.
The Top Tower in the district of Nové Butovice is set to be erected by the development company Trigema, with which Mr. Černý has worked before. It will feature around 250 apartments and include 44 floors, seven of which will be underground.
