Monaco bombing investigation reveals Czech link

A Ukrainian man born in former Czechoslovakia is among two suspects arrested in connection with last week's bombing in Monaco, Ukrainian media reported on Wednesday.

According to the Ukrainian anti-corruption outlet Antikor, the suspect, identified as Yevhen Reun, was born in former Czechoslovakia in 1986. He and another man have been charged with the murder of Anastasiia Berezovska, who was suspected of planting the bomb that seriously injured Ukrainian businessman Vadym Yermolayev and his partner.

Investigators are trying to establish who ordered the bombing. Berezovska's body was found near Kyiv on Monday, and prosecutors say she was shot dead. One of the suspects has reportedly confessed to the killing.
