Czech Railways launches new Prague-Hamburg-Copenhagen service

Czech Railways is launching a new connection from Prague to Hamburg and Copenhagen on May 1.

Two daily return services will run between Prague’s main railway station and Hamburg, with one of them continuing onward to Copenhagen.

The train will travel from Prague via Dresden, Berlin and Hamburg to the Danish capital, offering an attractive connection for both tourists and business travellers.

The route, crossing three countries, will be jointly operated by three national rail companies – Czech Railways, Deutsche Bahn (DB) and Denmark’s Danske Statsbaner (DSB).

From Prague, trains will depart year-round at 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., with an additional 4:30 p.m. departure during the summer season.

Tickets are available at Czech Railways international ticket offices, through the company’s e-shop and via the Můj vlak mobile application.
