Procházka knocked out by Ulberg in first round of MMA title fight

MMA fighter Jiří Procházka was beaten in a bout to decide the vacant light-heavyweight title at UFC 327 in Miami on Saturday. The Czech, who is 33, was knocked out by Carlos Ulberg of New Zealand in the first round of a fight attended by US President Donald Trump.

Former champion Procházka said he had felt “mercy” for his opponent after Ulberg injured his knee badly, leading him to drop his guard.
