Snowfall causes traffic disruption in west of country

Snowfall in the Karlovy Vary Region in the west of Czechia caused traffic disruptions on Friday morning. Trucks were backed up on the main road from Karlovy Vary to Prague and there was black ice on some roads. Police reported several collisions and other accidents in the region, where temperatures hovered around freezing point.
