Doctors condemn questioning of vaccination strategy

Czech doctors have come out against the questioning of vaccinations by certain politicians, primarily from Freedom and Direct Democracy, Novinky.cz reported. Representatives of the coalition party recently called on the minister of health, Adam Vojtěch of ANO, to amend state strategy on Covid and flu jabs.

Members of the J. E. Purkyně medical association said on Tuesday that there was under-vaccination in Czechia, even among vulnerable groups, and sought to debunk myths in this area.

Minister Vojtěch says he is opposed to changing the current approach to inoculations.
