Four Czechs killed in Ukraine, five missing, foreign ministry says
At least four Czech citizens have been killed while fighting in Ukraine. Five others are reported missing and one is in captivity, the Czech Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday, adding that the actual numbers may be higher.
Czech Radio reported earlier today that a volunteer from the Plzeň region was killed in Ukraine this autumn. It is not yet clear whether this case is included in the ministry’s official figures. The Foreign Ministry says it is verifying the information.
