Babiš meets with Slovak deputy prime minister

Andrej Babiš, leader of the ANO movement and likely future Czech prime minister, met with Slovakia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Environment Minister Tomáš Taraba (SNS).

They agreed, among other things, on their opposition to ETS 2 emission allowances and the tightening of industrial emission standards. Both politicians announced this on Sunday on their Facebook pages. ANO is currently negotiating the formation of a government with the SPD and Motorists Themselves parties.
