Fossils of human ancestors Lucy and Selam arrive in Prague from Ethiopia
A special Ethiopian Airlines flight from Addis Ababa brought Lucy, the famous 3.2 million-year-old fossil of the Australopithecus afarensis species, to Prague's Václav Havel Airport. She was joined by Selam, a fossil of a small child of the same species, which is 100,000 years older. Both will be the main attractions of the National Museum in Prague's exhibition entitled People and their Ancestors.
