Older family houses increased in price by 11 percent year-on-year

Older family houses in Czechia increased in price by 11 percent year-on-year and by three percent compared to the first quarter in the second quarter of this year. On average, one square meter was sold for 42,843 CZK. Compared to the second quarter of last year, house prices around all major Czech cities rose by between four and seventeen percent. Prices increased the most in Brno and Plzeň, and the least in Olomouc.
