Veterinarians end preventive testing of milk for foot-and-mouth disease

Veterinarians are ending preventive testing of milk and wild game for foot-and-mouth disease, as the infection situation is under control, according to them. All samples collected by inspectors during the monitoring were negative. The last outbreak of the disease was confirmed in Slovakia on April 4 and in Hungary on April 17.
