President Pavel meets with active young people from all over Czechia in Lány

Organisers of a multi-genre festival, the proceeds of which go to socially excluded children, and a volunteer who tutors children from disadvantaged backgrounds were among roughly sixty young people who met with President Petr Pavel on Tuesday evening at the presidential residence in Lány. The event was a gesture of appreciation for active young individuals, for their contributions to volunteering, education, community life and care for their surroundings. It was also an opportunity for them to exchange experiences.
