New cybersecurity rules passed by Senate

The exclusion of technologies that could pose a security risk to the state is to be enabled by the Cybersecurity Act, which the Senate approved on Wednesday along with amendments to related legislation. The bill, which will now be sent to the president for signature, also provides for the vetting of technology suppliers to the state. The provisions are set to take effect in the third month following their promulgation in the Collection of Laws of the Czech Republic.
