28 people died in traffic accidents in February, the same as last year

Twenty-eight people died in traffic accidents in Czechia in February, the same as last year. The number of seriously injured individuals fell by four compared to the previous year, totaling 59. The most tragic day was Wednesday, February 12, when there were five fatalities. In contrast, 11 days in February saw no casualties. These figures come from preliminary police statistics. Since the beginning of the year, 58 people have died on Czech roads.
