Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala says 93% of the objectives set in his government’s policy programme have been met or more than half completed. Speaking at a press conference on Thursday marking three years since the government’s appointment, Mr. Fiala highlighted some its key achievements, including the submission of pension reform, the launch of a tender for completing the Dukovany nuclear power plant, the construction of 200 kilometers of motorways, and changes to primary school curricula.

He also pointed to the creation of electronic identity documents as a significant step forward. Among the key priorities for the remaining time, the Prime Minister highlighted implementing pension reform, passing a 2025 budget focused on austerity and investment, boosting economic and wage growth, and continuing record investments in transport infrastructure.
