President Pavel welcomes Czech Olympians and Paralympians at Prague Castle

President Petr Pavel hosted a reception for Czech Olympians and Paralympians today at the Prague Castle Ballroom, honoring the athletes, their coaches, and support teams who participated in the recent Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris.

During the event, President Pavel commended the athletes for their outstanding representation of the Czech Republic, recalling his personal visit to the Czech team at the Paralympics.

In addition to the Olympians and Paralympians, the reception was attended by young athletes selected from this year's Summer Olympics for Children and Youth, hosted by South Bohemia.
