Gabriela Soukalová inducted into IBU Hall of Fame

Former world champion and World Cup winner Gabriela Soukalová has become the first Czech woman to be inducted into the International Biathlon Union (IBU) Hall of Fame. The three-time Olympic medalist from Sochi 2014 received the honour together with two other biathlon athletes, Magdalena Forsberg of Sweden and Raphael Poiree of France, at a special awards ceremony hosted ahead of the final competition weekend of the BMW IBU World Championships Biathlon in Nové Město na Moravě.
