Czech firefighters return from France after more than three weeks
The Czech firefighters, who have been helping in the north of France following devastating floods in early January, have returned to Czechia.
A total of 18 professional Czech firefighters from Hlučín in Moravia had been operating in the Pas-de-Calais department since January 5, using specialised equipment, including two large-capacity pumps.
The team returned home on Friday, after the situation in the affected French region had stabilised.
