Jiřího z Poděbrad metro station reopens

The Jiřího z Poděbrad station on the Prague metro’s A line is once again open to the public. The station had been closed since January for a complete reconstruction with trains passing through. The transport company restored the station to its original appearance, replaced the escalators and is currently building a barrier-free access lift. The work is expected to cost around CZK 1.3 billion.
