Cold spell breaking temperature records for August

The current cold spell is breaking temperature records around the country. Around 30 monitoring stations reported record low temperatures for August 7 on Monday, with temperatures dropping below 13 degrees Celsius.

According to meteorologists, the cold spell is due to end this weekend, with day temperatures rising to around 28 degrees Celsius.
