Poll: ANO would win parliamentary elections with 35.5 percent of vote
The opposition ANO party would win elections to the lower house of parliament with 35.5 percent voter support, suggests a freshly released poll by the Median agency.
The Civic Democrats, the strongest party in the ruling coalition, would place second with 14 percent and the Pirate Party, which is also in government, would get 11 percent.
According to the survey, Tomio Okamura's populist right-wing Freedom and Direct Democracy would come fourth, receiving the backing of 10 percent of voters.
The Christian Democratic Party, which is also part of the ruling coalition, only received a two-percent voter support and would not make it into the lower house if it ran independently.
