Memorandum on cooperation in arms industry to help Czech firms get foothold on Ukrainian market

The memorandum on cooperation between the Czech and Ukrainian ministries of defense, signed during Presidnet Zelensky’s visit to Prague, will strengthen cooperation in the arms industry, the Czech Defense Ministry said in a press release. The document will help to develop closer cooperation especially in the repair and maintenance of weapons, development of weapons and ammunition, and modernization and repair of armored equipment. The ministry says the aim of the memorandum is to lay the foundations for long-term cooperation that will continue after the end of the war in Ukraine and help Czech companies to establish themselves on the Ukrainian market.
