Four escaped monkeys from Děčín Zoo recaptured

Four of the macaques that escaped from Děčín Zoo were recaptured on Thursday after being lured into a cage filled with goodies to tempt them back. Two of the monkeys still remain outside the premises while one is in the zoo but roaming outside its enclosure.

The group of nine macaques fled their enclosure on Monday evening after someone vandalised the electric fence surrounding it. Two of the monkeys were caught immediately while one never left the zoo premises.
