Army to hold training exercise for potential conscription of civilians in the event of war

The Czech army is to hold a training exercise for a potential conscription of civilians in the event of war. The General Staff says the exercise, which is expected to take place simultaneously in all regions on May 18, is nothing out of the ordinary and is a routine practice which is taking place for the 9th year in succession. Local GPs have been invited to the conscription procedure.
