Revised estimate puts last year’s growth at 2.4 percent

The Czech economy grew by 2.4 percent year-on-year in 2022, according to a revised estimate released by the Czech Statistics Office on Friday. A previous estimate issued in January put the expansion of gross domestic product at 2.5 percent.

In the last quarter of 2022, gross domestic product grew by 0.2 percent year-on-year, and fell by 0.4 percent compared to the third quarter, according to the revised estimate of the Czech Statistics Office.
