Close to 40 percent of Ukrainian refugees in Czechia plan to return home when war is over
Thirty-seven percent of Ukrainian war refugees who found refuge in Czechia since the start of the invasion plan to return to their homeland when the war is over, according to the results of a survey conducted by the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights. Roughly the same number want to settle permanently in Czechia and travel regularly to Ukraine, while one-fifth are uncertain about their future plans. Close to 45 percent of the respondents were employed at the time of the survey. The poll was conducted among 14,500 Ukrainian refugees in Czechia.
