The average mortgage interest rate at the beginning of January remained at 6.34 percent, the same as a month ago, according to data from the Fincentra Hypoindex. Analysts expect further stagnation this year with only slight fluctuations, according to the Czech News Agency. Mortgage interest rates could only begin to fall at the end of 2023, according to forecasts by the Czech National Bank.
