All departures from Prague Airport stopped due to traffic control system failure
The traffic control system at Prague's Václav Havel Airport failed shortly after noon on Wednesday, causing major disruption. All scheduled departures were cancelled and the only arrivals allowed were planes that were already on their way to Prague at the time of the outage, the airport announced on Twitter.
The airport did not initially state the reasons for the system failure but said it was resolving the situation together with Air Traffic Control.
