Over 17,000 take part in 55th Prague Prčice march
Over 17,000 people turned out for the 55th march between Prague and the central Bohemian town of Prčice on Saturday. Participants could take part in 21 different routes, the longest of which is over 70 kilometres long.
The traditional event, which takes place on the third weekend in May, enjoyed its heyday in the 1980s when around 30,000 took part. This year’s event takes place after a two-year break caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
