Tent city for refugees in Troja filling up
The authorities have started moving Ukrainian refugees from Prague’s main railway station to a tent city in the city’s Troja district. The tent city was erected by firefighters on Thursday night to provide basic living conditions for the large number of predominantly Romany refugees camping out at Prague’s main railway station. It will provide beds for 150 people. They are expected to stay in Troja until a screening process reveals whether they are eligible for humanitarian visas. Some of them reportedly have Hungarian citizenship which means they would not be entitled to a visa.
