Czech PM Fiala pays tribute to Nazi victims at Berlin’s Plötzensee prison
Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala paid tribute to the victims of Nazism at Berlin’s Plötzensee prison, where the Nazi regime imprisoned its opponents and resistance fighters, including Czechoslovak freedom fighters.
During his visit to Berlin on Thursday, the Czech head of government is due to hold talks with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. He will also be received by President Frank-Walter Steinmeier. The bilateral talks will focus on the crisis in Ukraine, energy security and Czech-German relations.
