Válek for continued use of respirators when transport obligation ends Thursday

The minister of health, Vlastimil Válek, says that he recommends people to continue wearing respirators on public transport and in places where there is a large number of people. The obligation to use a respirator on public transport is set to end in the Czech Republic on Thursday.

Announcing the change on Sunday, Mr. Válek referred to the falling weekly Covid-19 case incidence rate and the improving situation in hospitals.
