PM says govt weighing all steps to return diplomats to Ukraine

The Czech Republic is considering all steps towards having as normal relations as possible with Ukraine, Prime Minister Petr Fiala said on Tuesday evening. He was responding to a question as to whether the Prague government was going to reopen its embassy in Kyiv and consulate general in Lviv.

Mr. Fiala said he did not want to go into the details for security reasons.

Last week Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský said the Czech Republic was making efforts to return its diplomats to Ukraine, which has been under attack by Russia for over a month and a half.
