PPF Group buys 100 percent stake in RTL Hrvatska TV station

PPF Group, the company founded by deceased Czech bilionaire Petr Kelner, announced on Sunday that has bought a 100 percent stake in the Croatian TV station RTL Hrvatska from RTL Group Central Eastern Europe GmbH. The TV station’s company assets are valued at EUR 50 million, PPF stated.
