Czech Foreign Ministry warns against travel to Ukraine and Belarus

Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs has warned against travel to Ukraine and Belarus due to the escalating threat of Russian military aggression against Ukraine. In a press statement released on Saturday, the ministry has recommended Czechs who are in Ukraine to leave the country.

The ministry has also decided to withdraw diplomats’ families from the country. However, the Czech embassy in Kiev will continue to operate for the time being.
