Around 35,000 new Covid cases recorded in CR Monday

Around 35,000 new Covid cases were recorded in the Czech Republic on Monday. Some 29,514 were first-time infections while the remainder were in people who had previously tested positive.

The seven-day case incidence was 2,318 per 100,000 of the population.

On Monday 2,430 people were hospitalised with the coronavirus. Under 200 were in a critical condition.
