Czech economy grew 3.3% in third quarter of 2021

The economy grew by 3.3 percent year-on-year in the third quarter of 2021, revised data from the Czech Statistical Office show.

In a quarter-on-quarter comparison, growth rose 1.6 percentage points, with household consumption a major contributor. The Ministry of Finance estimates that the economy grew 2.4 percent last year.

The Czech Statistical Office also published data on industry, showing industrial production up 4.9 percent month-on-month in November.
