Covid-19: seven-day incidence rate of new cases remains over 1,000 per 100k

On Monday, 14,480 new Covid-19 infections were registered in the Czech Republic, about 3,000 more than on the same day last week, Ministry of Health data show.

The seven-day incidence rate is 1,029 new infections per 100,000 people, about 300 more than a week ago.

Olomouc is currently the worst-affected region, with an incidence rate of 1,422 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, and Karlovy Vary the least affected, with an incidence rate of 358 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
