Vaclav Klaus to remain in hospital

The former Czech president, Vaclav Klaus remains in Prague’s Central Military hospital where he is getting treated for high blood pressure and other health problems. According to his spokesperson, Petr Macinka, Mr. Klaus is likely to remain in the hospital’s urological clinic for several more days.

The 80-year-old former president underwent hip surgery in 2008. In February of this year, he tested positive for Covid-19, but refused hospitalization at the time.
