Czech Covid numbers stagnant

There were 526 freshly confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the Czech Republic on Wednesday. The number was almost identical to that recorded on the same day last week.

At present there are 165 people in hospital with the coronavirus, which represents a slight fall. Twenty-four are in a critical condition.

The reproduction number was at 1.05 for the second day in a row.
