Febiofest film festival to kick off with Woody Allen’s new movie
The starting film at year’s Prague International Film Festival - Febiofest will be Woody Allen’s new comedy Rifkin's Festival, festival organisers announced on Tuesday. The 28th edition of the annual film show will begin in Prague on September 17, running until September 24. It will also run in the regions from September 20 until October 9.
This year, the festival’s Kristian awards will be awarded to Czech actor Jiří Lábus, Slovak actress Božidara Turzonovová and influential British film producer Mike Downey. The festival’s programme is set to close with The Father – the Oscar winning film, starring Anthony Hopkins.
