Placido Domingo to perform in Český Krumlov on Saturday

The famous Spanish tenor and conductor Placido Domingo will perform at the opening concert of the 30th edition of the International Music Festival in Český Krumlov on Saturday. The 12-time Grammy Award winner last appeared in the South Bohemian town ten years ago.

The festival, which was originally due to take place in the summer, was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Among other stars to perform at the event will be the Spanish violinist Letitia Moreno, jazz drummer Billy Cobham and opera singer Adam Plachetka.
